Huay Yai Manor House is a 7-bedroom Villa located in Southern Pattaya (original real-estate listing), shortlisted and selected as first option by the foreign production team for the movie shoot. PRODUCTION NOTES
Huay Yai Manor was the client's first choice house. However, upon scouting the real house in-person as of 2022, the house looks old and outdated. Here are some pros and cons from our survey, for the client to consider.

Made direct contact with owner and they are agreeable for filming

Location is secluded and filming wont disturb neighbors

Furniture is very old, cheap and outdated, may not be usable in the movie

Props and art budget maybe a lot to replace all the furniture
